Robert has approx 30 years in the I.T. business as an assistant I.T. manager, analyst/programmer, Service Manager and business owner, plus he has experience in retail management and sales.
The ability to quickly assess the needs of customers and target the main points is not something that comes in five minutes but rather takes time and experience to develop.
